Adult Fitness That Doesn't Feel Like the Gym

Treadmills are boring. Lifting the same weights every week gets old. And "I should really do something" rarely turns into actually doing it.

Adult kickboxing at Paradigm is different. You get a serious workout - fitness, strength and stamina that build fast - but you barely notice, because you are learning something genuinely useful and having a good time doing it.
