Ladies' kickboxing

Ladies' Kickboxing in Maghull

If you have ever fancied trying kickboxing but felt it might not be for you, this is the place to start.

Ladies' kickboxing at Paradigm in Maghull is a genuinely welcoming class. You do not need to be fit, sporty or experienced - most of the women who train with us started with none of those things. What they had was a bit of curiosity and the nerve to walk through the door once.

The workout is brilliant, but it never feels like a chore. You are learning real technique on the pads, and the fitness comes almost as a side effect - toned, stronger, and with a lot more energy than a treadmill ever gave you. Better still, you leave every session with your head clearer than when you arrived.

There is something about a room full of women cheering each other on that you do not get in a normal gym. It is supportive, it is good fun, and the coaching is patient and properly good. You go at your own pace, and there is never any pressure to be anything other than a beginner on day one.

Your first class is completely free. Come on your own or bring a friend, and see how it feels for yourself.

  • A friendly, welcoming, women-first room
  • Get fit without it feeling like a chore
