Thinking About Ladies' Kickboxing? Start Here

If you have ever fancied trying kickboxing but felt it might not be for you, this is the post for you.

Ladies' kickboxing at Paradigm is a genuinely welcoming class. You do not need to be fit, sporty or experienced. Most of the women who train with us started with none of those things - just a bit of curiosity and the nerve to walk through the door once.

The workout is brilliant, but it never feels like a chore. You are learning real technique on the pads, and the fitness comes almost as a side effect: toned, stronger, and with far more energy than a treadmill ever gave you. You also leave with your head clearer than when you arrived.

There is something about a room full of women cheering each other on that you do not get in a normal gym. It is supportive, good fun, and the coaching is patient and properly good. You go at your own pace, and there is never any pressure to be anything other than a beginner on day one.
