You are welcome to take part in the class, or sit and watch the whole thing first if you would rather. Parents are always welcome to stay and watch their child.

What should I wear?
A t-shirt and shorts or joggers are ideal for your first class. You train barefoot or in socks, so no special footwear is needed. There is no need to buy any kit to start.
Do I need to be fit or experienced?
Not at all. Most people walk in as complete beginners. You go at your own pace and the coaches bring you along from wherever you are starting.
Can I just watch first?
Yes. You are welcome to sit and watch a full class before taking part, and parents are always welcome to stay and watch their child train.
Is the first class really free?
